These are the same tubes you'll see at commercial snow tube locations that are used all day, every day by multiple users through the whole winter season.This tube should provide you a lifetime of fun! These may be a bit more expensive - but will cost you less in the long run - because they will not puncture given proper use.
This SNOW TUBE has a HARD plastic bottom! Experience the SPEED OF A SAUCER and the COMFORT OF A SNOW TUBE! This commercial grade, plastic hard bottom snow tube glides over the little stumps and bumps with no puncture to the tube! This great design has all of the speed of a saucer with a soft canvas covered tube to absorb all the shock to keep sledding fun for all ages! These resort quality snow tubes are now available to the retail public! The tube itself is made from reinforced butyl rubber and is covered with a heavy duty 600 Denier polyester canvas cover that is UV protected to keep it's color from fading. Forty-one inches (102 cm) in diameter, the tube is capable of withstanding the weight of a very large person (350lbs!!!)
The tow-rope is made from nylon strap webbing with over 4200 lbs (1909 kg) of tensile strength and has a sewn loop handle. By connecting the tow-rope through the plastic bottom, the tube has a lower center of gravity exerting less force on the tube when being pulled up the hill. This also eliminates stress on sew lines enabling longer tube cover life.

Our reinforced butyl rubber tube inside the cover is made specifically for snow and river tubing applications with UV protection added. Our canvas top is constructed from heavy duty 600 Denier polyester. This material is water and mildew resistant, as well as UV protected. Polyester is famous for the ability to retain its original color while enduring maximum sunlight exposure. You can expect our tube covers to look great for years to come.
The support handles and exterior trim of the cover are made from heavy-duty automotive seat belt webbing. The stitching on the handles is sewn using the famous "W" pattern, one of the strongest used to sew two pieces of material together.
The plastic bottom is made from high molecular weight polyethylene plastic that displays high impact strength and superior cold crack resistance. Our bottoms slide under all snow conditions and can withstand temperatures below -76°F (-60°C).
